This means that people would have to change the way they live to reduce their carbon footprint, said panellists at The Straits Times webinar Climate Change- Rising Sea Levels on Wednesday (April 21). Professor Benjamin Horton, director of the Earth Observatory of Singapore at Nanyang Technological University, said: "If you understand what the problem is... you are more likely to act on it, rather than being told what to do." The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) on Monday announced the new Champions League format which will come in force from the 2024 season. Champions League will now be competed between 36 teams , adding four more teams to the competition. All 36 teams are brought together into one pool instead of the current system of four-team groups.
