The confidential IAAF document titled IAAF Anti-Doping Programme – 2015 Testing Statistics shows tests indicated the athletes had drug readings beyond acceptable levels. The list includes world athletics stars whose blood and urine samples have returned suspicious results. And although The Standard had access to the names, we cannot reveal them at this stage for legal reasons. The document, prepared by a team led by the IAAF Chief Medical Officer, Dr Stephen Bermon, paints a picture of a sport rotten to the core.
